So if I was ever meant to photograph a particular wedding in my lifetime, I believe this might of been it. One thing I really like about not raising my prices to be a “high-end” photographer, is that I would miss out on what I consider “real” weddings like this one. Sometimes its not about how fancy of a place it is, how many guests you have, and if you have your own wedding logo designed, but instead about what represents you and your way of life. Alpen and Dina were recently married at Rock-n-Pines ranch in Glenwood Springs with about 100 of their closest friends and family. One thing I love so much about this wedding, was they did mostly everything themselves. When I showed up early in the afternoon, Alpen was sweating from getting everything ready, and Dina and her friend Rachel were moving tables and battling the wind, and having a great time while doing it. Later on, the afternoon consisted of Badminton, Indian Food, and some great music by the Last Minute String Band which played some amazing bluegrass and folk music throughout the evening. Many thanks to everyone who made this event possible, with a special thanks to Dina and Alpen for letting me document this special occasion so freely.
